New at ClearView Social

ClearView Social announced two new general officers this week: Chris LaFleur, Chief Operating Officer and Kristen Howey Dimick, Chief Marketing Officer. Chris will be managing business operations, procedures and company growth. Kristen will manage the firm’s marketing and branding efforts.

Chris received his undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo and proceeded to work in the banking industry. After seven years in banking, Chris attended Harvard Business School and graduated with his MBA. As a Buffalo-area native, Chris was eager to return to Buffalo following graduation and be part of his hometown’s economic resurgence.

Kristen graduated from Brigham Young University and has twenty years of marketing and public relations experience. Previously, she managed multi-million-dollar outreach campaigns for regional government in Las Vegas, Nevada and, most recently, served as a media spokesperson for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City, Utah.

In addition to new c-level management, the College of Law Practice Management (COLPM) has elected ClearView Social’s founder, Adrian Dayton, as a Fellow. COLPM is an international organization recognizing outstanding law industry professionals and has nearly 250 Fellows. Adrian, who is the youngest Fellow-elect, will be formally honored at the organization’s annual conference in October.

Patrick Lamb, founder of Valorem Law Group, serves on the board of the COLPM and nominated Mr. Dayton. He said, “I nominated Adrian Dayton because it is rare to have someone as young as he is to have such an impact on the legal profession.”

ClearView Social began as a social media sharing platform geared towards legal firms and now includes 27 of the nation’s top 100 law firms as clients. The organization, which now has more than $1 million in annual recurring revenue, has grown across multiple industries and now serves all types of professional service practitioners, including accounting, insurance, publishing, recruiting and real estate.
