What's New in Clearview Social: Onboarding Changes & Industry News Feed Selection

We've recently rolled out changes to the onboarding process in Clearview Social. In addition to allowing new users to connect their social media accounts, we now offer a variety of Industry News feeds to connect to your accounts.

What is Industry News?

One of the hardest parts of being a social media rock star is finding great content to share. Industry News brings in industry-relevant content from Manzama, JDSupra, and other sources to provide additional content to share to your social networks. We have pre-populated a number of feeds related to Accounting, Staffing, Law and more. This content can be viewed and managed from the Industry News page, linked off of the Your Shares page.

What's Different?

New users will be offered a chance to subscribe to Industry News content during account creation. This new window will appear after connecting your social media account(s). From here, users can easily choose the feeds they're interested in and control when this additional content is delivered.

This content can be scheduled to automatically send to the individual user as an automated queue on the chosen day(s) of the week. Once the auto-queue is sent, the same content will appear in the user's list of available shares, the same as curated content sent by an admin in an organization-wide queue.

We hope you’re as excited as we are for this new feature! If you have any questions, you can always reach out in support within Clearview Social, or send us an email at support@clearviewsocial.com.

Existing users can try out the new feed selection here.
