One request we frequently get is for a better way to track how the individual members of an organization are doing, not on an overall basis, but month-to-month. Usually, this is for competitions and incentive programs, which are a great way to get everyone on your team engaged in sharing great content. The monthly leaderboard is one more improvement in a series of changes we’re making, starting with the recent release of the badge system, to help new users learn about ClearView Social and get involved from their very first day on the site.
Previously, the leaderboard counted scores from the day you started on ClearView Social, which is great for the original users who always remained at the top of the charts—but newer users found it demoralizing to be permanently stuck at the bottom. Now, the leaderboard will reset at the beginning of the month, giving everyone an equal chance at being Top Dog. We even added a badge for that!
Of course, if you want to look at the all-time scores, we’ve got you covered. Simply switch from the current month view to “All Time” in the dropdown at the top of the page.
We’ve also added each person’s three most recent badges to the leaderboard so you can see what achievements your colleagues have earned. If you need to know more about how to earn individual badges or see the list so you can collect’ em all, we have a description of all the badges we award here.
